I too am having the same issue. I have tried installing just the drivers and then installing LG PC suite. I have the same exact 3 devices listed: CDC Serial LGE Android Phone LGE Android Phone I also am on windows 8.1 update 1 (64 bit) and am very desperate to get this working so I can root my device. Any help would greatly be appreciated!
