Solved: I'd prefer to have a way to download all the files at once, but I don't https://www.godaddy.com/help/backup-your-website-with-ftp-and-filezilla- FYI I very recently changed my Godaddy FTP password - do you think that cause this problem? Just use cpanel to make a new ftp account and use that info in filezilla.
